1. Last date of admission and document verification : 16th August, 2023
2. Date of Orientation (At Rock Art Heritage Hall, IGRMS): 17th August, 2023
3. Date of Commencement of class : 18th August, 2023
Instructions to the Candidates
1. Admission and other forms (7 forms) available in the website must be submitted in the office or by email at admission.pgdm.igrms@gmail.com on or before 16th July, 2023.
2. Candidates should read all the instructions given on the Admission and other forms carefully before filling the same. Following Certificates/documents will be required for verification:
a) 10th class marksheet
b) Graduation degree/certificate
c) Transfer Certificate/Migration/Self Declaration
d) Migration Certificate
e) Three copies of passport size photographs
f) Caste certificate issued by the competent authority
g) EWS certificate, if applicable.
Note: Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate will be submitted in original at the time of admission.
3. Candidates are required to pay Rs.11,000/-(in which Rs 10,000/-as fee for the 1st semester and Rs. 1000/- as caution money{Refundable}) in the name of Director, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya, Bhopal, Account No.: 10026515042, Bank: State Bank of India, RCE Campus, Bhopal, IFSC Code-SBIN0002889 through direct online transaction or by cash and submit the receipt with admission form.
4. Candidates are required to report with all the necessary documents for verification at time of admission, failing which the admission will be cancelled.
5. Orientation Program will be held on 17th August,2023 at Rock Art Heritage Hall, IGRMS, Bhopal. Time of the orientation will be intimated to the students personally by email.
6. Date and Schedule for the commencement of class will be informed on the day of Orientation Program (Most probably by 18th August,2023).
