This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all online services and payments made through the official website of the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
1. General Policy
All payments made through the official website of IGRMS are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Users are strongly advised to carefully verify all booking details before making any payment. Once a payment has been successfully completed, no request for cancellation or refund shall be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Services Covered
This non-refundable policy applies to all online payments including but not limited to:
- Online E-Ticket Booking
- Online RTI Application Fee
- Any other online payment services offered on the website
3. User Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that all information provided during the booking or payment process is accurate and complete.
This includes verifying:
- Date of visit
- Number of tickets
- Personal information
- Selected service
After successful payment, no correspondence, request, or representation for refund or cancellation will be considered.
4. Technical Issues
In rare cases where a technical failure results in an unsuccessful payment but the amount is debited from the user’s account, the matter shall be handled according to the rules and timelines of the concerned bank or payment gateway.
IGRMS shall not be responsible for delays or failures in reversal caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
5. No Discretionary Refunds
Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances including but not limited to:
- Non-visit after ticket booking
- Change of personal plans
- Incorrect booking made by the user
- Any personal reasons
6. Acceptance of Policy
By completing a payment on the IGRMS website, the user explicitly agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and acknowledges that no refunds shall be claimed thereafter.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
